Radar technology

When it comes to technologies that involve hard-to-understand concepts, it is important that the training features real technologies, like our learning systems for radar technology. The learning system Radar technology offers real (not simulated) hands-on experience that combines a realistic radar with the power of modern surveillance technology. Furthermore, a patented technology is used for detecting and tracking passive targets in a brief experience with noise and interference.

LS radar with phase-coded pulse – add-on

radar-phase-coded-pulse-compression

The phase-coded pulse compression system is an add-on for the basic radar and radar processor/display learning systems. Radar pulse compression is a method of signal processing that can be used to enhance the range resolution and signal-to-noise ratio of a pulse radar. For only a modest increase in cost and complexity, pulse compression improves the range resolution without negatively affecting the signal-to-noise ratio. This is why all modern radar uses pulse compression.
