位於濟南市高新區的 Festo 全球生產中心，於 2007 年納入 Festo 集團，拓展產品本土化生產能力。2016 年啟動孫村新廠建設計畫並於 2021 年全面投入使用。佔地 43 萬平方公尺，全面建成後，將成為 Festo 全球最大的生產中心和中國本土最大的物流分撥中心。目前，生產產品包括氣缸及電缸、電磁閥及閥島、氣源處理產品三大類，共兩萬多種。廠內有生產車間、物流中心、雙元制培訓中心、無塵室、實驗室及智慧製造平台等。
傳承德國技術標準，透過本土自主創新設計，生產多型號產品，並實現生產與換型同步，生產效率提升的同時降低能耗。
氣動電磁閥智能柔性組裝線，產線 90% 搭載 Festo 自有產品作為生產元件。

Phase I solar photovoltaic panels generate 5 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, reducing 4000 tons of carbon emissions. In Phase II, the solar photovoltaic panels are also included in the plan.
