安全模組的分區控制 ─ 用於汽車焊接領域的解決方案

您的需求：

如何用經濟型的解決方案滿足「不同的安全響應機制」，是現在自動化生產中非常關注的。在自動化生產中，不同的製程對安全的反應機制，有的要求動作立刻停止，有的要求其它的異常不能中斷目前的製程。

Festo 方案：

Festo VTSA-F-CB 閥島，基於串列和平行通訊，可同時控制多個安全分區。

  • 展機右側是具有光柵的安全區，左側是非安全區。啟動設備後，展台內機構循環取放料，當觸發上料光柵或拍下急停後，安全區機構停止運行，非安全區機構繼續運作。
  • 只用一個閥島控制即可， VTSA-F-CB 閥島內部匯流排系統提供 96 個閥門位址和多達 4 個電壓區，其中 3 個是安全電壓分區；VTSA-F-CB 閥島同樣延續了 VTSA 系列閥島的多樣化配置性優勢，可在一個閥門終端上組合多種閥門口徑的閥片，可以整合緩慢啟動閥、嚮導氣控制閥以及真空控制閥等功能閥。

The Festo AX artificial intelligence solution can be used not only to assess the operational status of pneumatic and electric components but also to evaluate the status of critical dimensions such as the diameter of locating pins and the position of locating surfaces. This assessment is based on an AI model that detects the current status and predicts the status for a period of time afterward, ensuring the good operational status of the equipment.

  • MSE6-C2M not only has energy efficiency management functions but can also assess the airtightness of the pneumatic system and detect leaks.
  • The ELGD comes with a protective design that ensures a better service life under different working conditions.
  • The CPX-AP-A-VTUX is a platform for the integration of pneumatics and electronics, and it also provides data such as the number of valve switching times for AX to build digital models.
