Linear drives DGC-K

The DGC-K is a pneumatic rodless linear actuator with a slide that is moved by means of a mechanical coupling with the piston. Since the connection is made through a slotted profile barrel, these actuators are also called slotted cylinders. The DGC-K is a actuator without guide which is primarily used for moving externally guided masses. Depending on the application, compressed air can be supplied on both sides and on one side.

Linear actuators DGC

In contrast to the DGC-K, the DGC is equipped with a slide which is moved by means of a mechanical coupling with the piston. The integrated guides allow the DGC not only to move masses, but also to absorb their moments and forces. Three guide variations are available. The DGC-G has a sliding guide with backlash which can transmit low torques and forces. The DGC-GF is equipped with a backlash-free adjustable sliding guide which can transmit medium torques and forces. The DGC-KF uses a recirculating ball bearing guide that is suitable for high torques and forces. Depending on the application, compressed air can be supplied on both sides and on one side.

Linear actuators DGC-HD

The DGC-HD is a pneumatic rodless linear actuator for heavy loads, with a slide that is moved by means of a mechanical coupling with the piston.
Unlike the DGC-KF, the DGC-HD has two recirculating ball bearing guides which are designed for particularly high torques and forces. An optional second slide makes it possible even for masses with large support distances to be realized. Depending on the application, compressed air can be supplied on both sides and on one side.

Linear drives SLG

The SLG is an extremely flat pneumatic rodless linear actuator. As with the DGC, the coupling between the piston and slide is mechanical. The integrated recirculating ball bearing guide allows the SLG not only to move masses, but also to absorb their moments and forces.

Linear drives DGPL, metric

The pneumatic rodless linear actuator DGPL is the predecessor model of the DGC. This linear actuator is mainly used in existing systems.
