Linear actuators with position feedback are used with Soft Stop, for pneumatic positioning or for measuring tasks. Rodless actuators with feedback: the DGCI offers a very wide range of diameters from 18 mm to 63 mm and stroke lengths from 100 mm to 2,000 mm. Equipped with a high-quality recirculating ball bearing guide, it is often possible to dispense with an additional guide. Equipped with an absolute measuring, digital linear potentiometer, optionally with brake, additional carriage and lubrication adapter.
The DDLI also has diameters from 18 mm to 63 mm and stroke lengths from 100 mm to 2,000 mm, but is without a guide—for use with the customers' own recirculating ball bearing guide. Optionally available with moment compensator DARD for backlash-free load coupling; in addition with contactless absolute measuring linear potentiometer. DNCI/DDPC—they offer diameters from 32 mm to 100 mm and stroke lengths from 100 mm to 750 mm for Soft Stop and pneumatic positioning. Available as a measuring cylinder up to a stroke of 2,000 mm.
They have a contactless incremental linear potentiometer, offer various piston rod variants, a standard cylinder according to ISO 15552, and are optionally available with a guide and clamping unit.
The DSMI quarter turn actuator with integrated linear potentiometer is identical in design to the pneumatic quarter turn actuator DSM, but is equipped with an absolute measuring linear potentiometer based on a potentiometer.
