Proportional pressure control valves VPPX

The VPPX proportional pressure control valve from Festo is a pressure regulator (almost) without limits. As a pressure regulator without an external sensor, it has an individually adjustable setpoint value and actual value and a freely adjustable PID controller according to the system requirements. The external sensor input opens up a wide range of possibilities – as a controller for pressure, force, flow, etc. in conjunction with an external sensor for maximum flexibility. The VPPX proportional valve, in conjunction with the corresponding sensor, regulates almost any physical variable in proportion to the specified setpoint value. The freely adjustable PID controller for the higher-level control loop can be set with the FCT program.

Proportional pressure control valves VPPM

The proportional pressure control valves VPPM from Festo can be used universally. The cascaded pressure regulator guarantees a very stable control behavior. The valves can be individually configured using a configurator. The pilot operated valves are available with 1/8", ¼" and ½" connection sizes, each in the pressure ranges 2 bar, 6 bar or 10 bar. Flange versions are also available in addition to the threaded connection variant. The setpoint value for the controlled output pressure is specified as an analog current or voltage or via IO-Link. The greatest degree of functionality is guaranteed by integration in the MPA valve manifold. The valve also enables predictive maintenance with a switching cycle counter, diagnostic capability and communication via all common fieldbus protocols.

The proportional pressure control valves VPPM from Festo can be used universally. The cascaded pressure regulator guarantees a very stable control behavior. The valves can be individually configured using a configurator. The pilot operated valves are available with 1/8" NPT, ¼" NPT and ½" NPT connection sizes, each in the pressure ranges 2 bar, 6 bar or 10 bar. Flange versions are also available in addition to the threaded connection variant. The setpoint value for the controlled output pressure is specified as an analog current or voltage or via IO-Link.

Proportional pressure control valves MPPES

These are proportional pressure control valves of the MPPES series with a proportional solenoid as actuator especially for applications with permanently changing setpoint value. If the electrical supply voltage fails, the working port 2 is vented to 0 bar by the proportional solenoid as actuator. MPPES pressure regulators are available in three different sizes from the directly operated valve with 1/8" connection through the two pilot operated sizes ¼" und ½".

Proportional pressure control valves VPPE

This is a proportional pressure control valve from Festo, adapted to the basic requirements for many pressure control applications. Without display it is suitable for the simplest operation. The display opens up further setting options, such as pressure range, offset, pressure unit, or a selection of digital feedback signals or analog signal proportional to the controlled output pressure, as well as a visual signal for the achieved setpoint value.

Proportional pressure control valves VPPL

The VPPL has been specifically designed for higher pressures of 10 to 40 bar. As an individual device with threaded connections, the proportional valve can be used in a variety of applications, for example in stretch blow molding of PET bottles in the food and beverage industry or on tire or brake test benches in the automotive industry.

Proportional-pressure control valves VEAA/VEAB

VEAB proportional pressure control valves with innovative piezo technology are suitable for applications with low air consumption up to 20 L/min, small volumes in applications such as in medical and laboratory technology or the electronics industry. They guarantee the highest control accuracy in the millibar range, lowest energy consumption and completely noiseless operation. It supplies an analog setpoint specification, an actual value output and a diagnostic LED for undervoltage and overvoltage. Pneumatic connections are available in the 4 mm push-in or flange version.
