Selection Guide

The MS LWS water separator of the MS series effectively removes condensate from the compressed air. It operates according to the centrifugal separation principle and is completely maintenance-free. It therefore does not have any filter elements that need to be replaced. In addition, it is characterized by a constantly high condensate separation (99%) up to the maximum flow rate.
It is optionally available with integrated fully automatic or external fully automatic, electrically controlled PWEA condensate drain.
The MS-LWS water separator is optionally configurable for use in potentially explosive areas of zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 as well as with UL approval.

PWEA, electric

When the maximum level is reached, a capacitive sensor in the PWEA detects this. The condensate escapes through the opening diaphragm valve via the outlet line to the atmosphere. After a specified switching time, the diaphragm valve closes again. Operation is via the membrane switch or the electrical interface.

WA, automatic

The condensate drain WA is an external, mechanically operated, fully automatic condensate drain valve. It is used for external mounting on filter bowls of filter units and compressed air networks/systems. The condensate drain WA automatically drains the necessary condensate from a certain level via a float. Condensate can also be drained manually using an additionally integrated manual override.
