Selection Guide

FRC-DB

An FRC-DB unit is a combination of coarse filter, regulator and lubricator in one unit inside a polymer housing and with a pressure range up to 7 bar control pressure and 10 bar inlet pressure. The unit is characterized by a high flow rate performance with good pressure stability over the flow rate range. It is available with 40 µm or 5 µm coarse filter and manual or semi-automatic condensate drain. Due to its polymer housing, the filter regulator of the DB series is particularly weight-saving. The rotary knob setting can be locked as standard. This controller is available in a size with 40 mm grid dimension and a flow rate of up to approx. 650 L/min.

Service unit combinations with lubricator, FRC

The FRC service units of the DB series in polymer are combinations of a filter regulator with a downstream lubricator.
The FRC polymer combinations are available up to 7 bar control pressure and 10 bar inlet pressure as well as with 40 µm and 5 µm coarse filter and manual condensate drain. There are two pressure gauge connections to choose from, depending on the flow direction.
The rotary knob can be locked. The FRC combinations of the D series are available in one size with a standard nominal flow rate up to 650 L/min.

Service unit combinations without lubricator, LFR

The LFR and LFRS service units of the DB series in polymer are pre-assembled combinations of a filter regulator with further functional elements. Depending on the configuration, these are a manually operated pressurization and exhaust valve as well as a branch module.
The LFR combinations are designed for control pressures up to 7 bar and are available with a 40 µm coarse filter with manual condensate drain. There are two pressure gauge connections to choose from, depending on the flow direction.
The rotary knob can be locked. The LFR combinations of the D series are available in one size with a standard nominal flow rate up to 1,900 L/min.
