Festo North America continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and take appropriate measures to ensure continuity of production while protecting the health and safety of our employees. Government agencies in the US, Canada and Mexico have issued ‘Shelter in Place’ Orders (collectively, “Orders”). We expect that more orders may follow.

Festo North America (including Festo Corp. subsidiary, Fabco-Air Inc.) supplies manufacturers and other business entities identified as critical and essential under these Orders. As such, Festo is deemed an essential business itself. Festo’s facilities in the US, Mexico and Canada are open and working tirelessly to support you during this challenging time.

Festo will continue to deliver products and provide support to help you remain operational. Our supply chain is robust and customer support functions remain fully operational. We encourage you to utilize our online resources including our convenient 24/7 online shop for placing orders and checking delivery status, online product configuration, engineering and software tools.

Please let us know if you are not able to receive deliveries so that we can minimize unnecessary shipment of materials to you and subsequent returns to our facilities. Please use our mailbox at DoNotShip.na@festo.com created specifically for this purpose.

To ensure the protection of its employees, suppliers and public health, Festo has implemented measures to ensure compliance with the social distancing guidelines set forth in the Orders.

We encourage you to utilize our online resources including our 24/7 online shop, online product configuration, technical engineering and software tools. In addition to 24/7 convenience for placing orders and checking delivery status, Festo waives ALL handling fees for orders placed online.
