MPS® stations are based on modules and represent the most common sub-processes of every automated production system.

Two of the stations are enough to represent a simple, industry-relevant process for basic automation technology: Distribution and Sorting. This simple combination demonstrates numerous basic functions of automated production: separating, feeding, identifying, and sorting.

Each additional station also adds new learning objectives.
