MPS Modular Production System

Automation technology with MPS®

Training solutions for mechatronics and factory automation

Automation technology, Industry 4.0/Industrial Internet of Things, digitalization – people face challenging, new work environments every day. We prepare you for these challenges with the 4th generation of our modular production system. From the fundamentals of technology to complex relationships in industrial automation, MPS® covers a wide range of subjects and technology.

... and action!

The name says it all.

Our modular production system is the origin, as well as the foundation, of our mechatronics instruction system.

It was designed for all those who value independent, industry-oriented education and training in mechatronics and automation technology, and appreciate durable, rugged equipment.

From single module to complete system

Flexible system modularity enables you to combine stations, modules, and accessories to create a production line tailored to specific learning objectives and scenarios.

The system grows with your needs and is constantly evolving, making it a future-proof investment.

Industry-based training programs – practical and motivating

The MPS® platform is designed for practical, hands-on training and provides maximum industrial relevance for automation and custom handling systems.

A broad-based product range, including hardware, (simulation) software, web-based training media, and comprehensive curriculum, is also available.

Fostering skills and knowledge development

By linking learning tools and resources, you are able to create an ideal learning environment for training in mechatronics and factory automation.

The combination for learning success

Systems – Everything from A to Z

MPS

MPS® systems are shipped complete, with all of the necessary accessories, and can be easily started up.

Depending on the desired training content, all MPS® systems can be expanded step-by-step with stations, modules, and components – all the way to a complete mechatronics laboratory.

To the systems

Each station has its own focus

MPS

MPS® stations are based on modules and represent the most common sub-processes of every automated production system.

Two of the stations are enough to represent a simple, industry-relevant process for basic automation technology: Distribution and Sorting. This simple combination demonstrates numerous basic functions of automated production: separating, feeding, identifying, and sorting.

Each additional station also adds new learning objectives.

But a common goal is reached by every station:
The greatest possible knowledge-transfer to actual practice in modern, automated production.

To the stations

One module – many options

MPS

The extensive modularity and defined interfaces make it possible to set up different learning scenarios at a single module, simply by using additional components.

To the modules

Media, software, accessories

MPS

In addition to hardware, systems include software and a wide range of training media.

To the products

Commissioning, service, and much more

MPS commissioning

Our service technicians are happy to provide you with support to ensure that your training projects run smoothly right from the start.
Our commissioning packages include complete commissioning and instruction on the use of your new system, as well as valuable tips for successful work with the MPS®.
