The HEPP's gripping force of up to 400 N and stroke of up to 56 mm can be adapted to a wide range of workpieces – regardless of size and material properties.
Position, stroke, speed, acceleration or gripping force: you simply enter the parameters. With this and the dynamic electric motor, you can easily adapt HEPP to your individual requirements. Its travel characteristics and workpiece handling are also ideally definable in complex manufacturing processes in the electronics and small parts industry, laboratory automation or special machine construction.
The integrated controllers make HEPP very compact. And communication via interfaces such as PROFINET®, EtherNet / IP®, EtherCat® enable easy commissioning, parameterization and monitoring in real time. Via EtherCat® with the Festo PLC CPX-E, you can optimize your processes and obtain smart system solutions with compatible products.
If the power is ever interrupted, the tried-and-tested integrated holding brake will bring the system to a safe stop.
