Google AdWords Tracking

As an AdWords customer, we also use Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). This enables Google AdWords to place a cookie in your browser (conversion cookie) if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies become invalid after 90 days and are not used for the purpose of personal identification. If you visit certain of our pages and the cookie is still valid, we and Google can detect that someone has clicked on the ad and has thus been forwarded to our website. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced back via the websites of AdWords customers. The information retrieved via the conversion cookie is used to prepare conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have decided to make use of conversion tracking. AdWords customers are informed of the total number of users who have clicked on their ad, and have thus been forwarded to a website which contains a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.

If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can block the use of cookies which would be required for tracking – for example via a browser setting which universally disables the automatic use of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by configuring your browser so that cookies from the domain “” are blocked.

We use Remarketing technology provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). With this technology, users who have already visited our websites and online services, and who have demonstrated an interest in our offerings, are addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of the Google Partner Network. Advertising is displayed by using cookies, i.e. small text files which are saved on the user’s PC. The user’s behaviour during his or her visit to the website can be analysed with the help of these text files, and can then be used to generate targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising.

If you do not want to receive interest-based advertising, you can disable the use of cookies by Google by accessing the following page: Alternatively, users can disable the use of cookies from third parties by accessing the network advertising initiative deactivation page. Furthermore, your browser’s “do not track setting” is also taken into consideration.

By using our offerings, you consent to the processing of data obtained by Google about yourself as described above and for the abovementioned purpose. We would like to point out that Google has its own privacy policy which is independent of our own. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for Google’s policies and procedures. Before you use our website, please find out more about Google’s privacy policy.

Facebook Pixel

We use “Facebook Pixel” provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The data collected is anonymous rather than personal - that is, we cannot assign it to a specific person. The data is, however, stored and processed by Facebook, with the result that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data use policy ( You can enable Facebook and its partners to display ads in and outside of Facebook. A cookie may also be saved on your computer for these purposes.

Further information on this can be found in the Facebook privacy statement at

This technology can show you more relevant ads based on your interests. We also receive aggregated and anonymous reports from LinkedIn on ad activities and information about how you interact with our website.

LinkedIn uses cookies to do this. These cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific computer, do not contain any personal information and as such do not serve to personally identify our website users.
