Festo South Africa is the first country to pilot the beta version of the Digital Assistant. Therefore, in response to every answer given, your click on either the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button will provide us with feedback that will help the platform learn. If you would like to give a more detailed response or you are not satisfied with the response you received, you need to click the thumbs-down button. Thereafter, a “feedback” form will be presented for you to complete. Based on your feedback, the Digital Assistant will be trained to learn and adapt. Furthermore, additional features will be added in future versions.
