For this reason, we have a Digital Assistant that provides you with comprehensive customer support at your fingertips. To improve your Festo online experience, we have added a Live Chat feature on our ChatBot. You will get to connect with our Chat Agent by simply pressing the thumbs down tab if our Digital Assistant cannot answer your question. Our Chat Agent will provide you with immediate responses to your queries.
Festo South Africa is the first country to pilot the Digital Assistant. Therefore, in response to every answer given, your click on either the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button will provide us with feedback that will help the platform learn. If you would like to give a more detailed response or you are not satisfied with the response you received, you need to click the thumbs-down button. Thereafter, a “feedback” form will be presented for you to complete. Based on your feedback, the Digital Assistant will be trained to learn and adapt. Furthermore, additional features will be added in future versions.
