Conflict Management

This learning programme is intended for all who must interpret and manage workplace conflicts. The person credited with this Unit Standard is able to identify and manage the resolution of personal conflict between individuals or parties. Although the main focus will be on the workplace, the same principles can be used elsewhere.

Target Group

Project managers, project team members, project administrators, planners, programme managers, project leaders, project procurement staff and senior managers.
