When assembling battery modules and packs, there is a high risk of plant downtime due to the many successive joining and assembly processes. Causes can be, for example, the lack of feed parts, maintenance work or the replacement of wearing parts. Independent stations instead of sequential hard-chained line concepts are therefore intended to increase machine availability. We offer a complete portfolio for the necessary decentralized control architecture: from powerful controllers to pneumatic and electric actuators, and intelligent sensors.

CPX-E automation system: Soft Motion on board

With our powerful CPX-E control and automation system, you can set up complex motion-heavy applications as decentralized modules in the respective stations. On the one hand, this enables independent operation of the respective processes, and on the other hand, you can use freed-up resources of the main PLC for data acquisition and analysis.
