The MCS® breaks up the rigid chain of conventional transport routes. It has a modular design and is freely scalable, so it can be seamlessly combined with the conventional conveyor technology in your system. The MCS® allows you to adapt your machines precisely to the process requirements and a wide variety of configurations, for example if you frequently have to change products on a line. Or if you’d like to combine different process cycle times on a single production line. In order words, wherever you need to keep your production processes as flexible as possible in order to optimise system utilisation and respond quickly to requirements. This enables you to achieve maximum efficiency with minimum effort.
The various sizes, numbers of boxes and different product groups are set up directly on the MCS® using the freely positionable carriers. The products to be packaged are also transported flexibly to the top loader or side loader by the MCS®.
