Zu diesem Workshop werden Sie, gemeinsam mit unseren Experten der elektrischen Antriebstechnik, folgende Themen in der Zeit von 08:30Uhr bis 15:00Uhr in Theorie und Praxis behandeln:

• Theorie zu den erweiterten Sicherheitsfunktionen SS1, SS2, SOS, SLS und SMS
• Konfiguration der Safety-Funktionen im CMMT-AS-…-S3
• Einbindung in Ihre Steuerungsumgebung: Verdrahtung und Profisafe
• Validierung und Verifizierung Ihrer Sicherheitsfunktionen
• Praktische Übungen in kleinen Gruppen
  

Für wen ist dieser Workshop?

Zielgruppe: Elektrotechnikkonstrukteure, SPS-Programmierer, Servicetechniker, Inbetriebnehmer und Instandhalter

Was bringst du idealerweise mit:

• Kenntnisse aus dem Basic Workshop oder vergleichbar zur Auslegung von Antriebssystemen mit Electric Motion Sizing
• Grundkenntnisse in der Industriellen Automatisierungstechnik und Maschinenbau
• Grundkenntnisse zu den relevanten Sicherheitsnormen und Risikobeurteilung
• Kenntnisse Inbetriebnahme TIA Portal insbesondere "weitere Feldgeräte"
• Gerne können Sie ihre eigene Programmierumgebung mitbringen - TIA Portal

EduTech Workshop on June 9, 2026
The EduTech Workshop focuses intensively on a single topic and combines theoretical content with practical hands‑on training for all participants. With the support of a subject matter expert, you will deepen your knowledge in a practical way using current industry solutions and examples. Our trainers will bring the necessary equipment so that you can work directly on realistic tasks in small groups.

Based on the currently published PAL examination materials (spring or autumn), you will gain concrete insights into the implementation of the final examination Part 1 for industrial mechanics with a small controller. Together, we will look at how a possible exam task could work, interpret the small‑controller program provided by PAL using SIEMENS LOGO!, and derive a potential function from it. In addition, we will examine the interaction with electropneumatic actuators to give you a comprehensive understanding of the exam requirements.
