There is no entitlement to the return of defect-free products. Any returns are made as a gesture of goodwill and without recognition of any legal obligation. Please contact us if you wish to return defect-free products.

You would like to have your product repaired by Festo?

Simply start the guided process with a request in your user account. As a registered user, you can immediately see which of your purchased products can be repaired and at what price. You can also check the status of your repair order around the clock. A repair takes an average of 10 working days after approval.

Would you like to rebuild your product yourself or have it rebuilt?

With the conversion help in the spare parts catalogue, you can quickly and easily find all the parts you need for your conversion. If you would like Festo to carry out the conversion for you, please contact us e-mail: After-sales@festo.com

Do you need local support?

Our service promise for catalog products

  • Simplicity and reliability: You request the repair service from Festo in advance. We are 100% committed to the price - subject to repairability.
  • Speed: The average repair time is 10 working days after approval.
  • Warranty: You receive a 12-month warranty on the entire product for all repairs carried out.

Note: These standardized services are not available for customer-specific products. Please request a repair option from our repair service before sending in the goods. If you still wish to have your goods returned after receiving a written offer, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate fee of EUR 120.

24h emergency service

Do you urgently need a spare part outside normal office hours?
We are there for you - whenever you need us.

For orders placed on weekdays from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 24 hours a day at weekends and on public holidays, you will receive the parts at your saved conditions plus a surcharge of EUR 130 per item and the cost of express delivery.
