The project at the Heinrich-Emanuel-Merk-Schule vocational school center in Darmstadt was implemented with a clear project idea and specific customer requirements together with Festo Didactic.
The idea was to create a state-of-the-art learning environment for the specialist areas of electrical engineering and mechatronics in order to provide pupils with the best possible preparation for the demands of the modern working world.
A total of nine specialist rooms were to be created, which could be used in a variety of ways and flexibly adapted to the respective teaching requirements. The other two rooms were developed specifically for the workshop area to give pupils the opportunity to learn and directly apply practical skills.
The students were to be given the opportunity to develop and expand their skills and knowledge in a real-life environment through the use of state-of-the-art technology and high-quality equipment. The project at the Heinrich-Emanuel-Merk-Schule vocational school center is an outstanding example of the continuous development of educational institutions to provide students with the best possible learning conditions and prepare them for a successful professional future.
