In the course of digitization, digital learning systems must also be integrated into training. In combination with the technical systems, which also contain more and more digital components as part of Industry 4.0, teachers are given much greater scope for imparting knowledge.
Learning content can be individually tailored to thelearners and monitor their learning success. New time models allow more flexibility in when and where learning takes place.
Despite all the positive aspects of this development, it must not be forgotten that young people suddenly have to bring along or develop completely new competencies for this. For this reason, future-oriented training must also take this development of competencies into account as part of the training content.
