Linear actuator DFPC Sturdy and durable!

Preconfigured from stock or individually configured? The new,

double-acting linear actuator DFPC can be both. It has been

specially designed for actuating process valves such as gate valves

or knife-gate valves, pinch valves or valve bodies without housing.

Perfect, for example, for the requirements in water and wastewater

treatment, the mining industry, power stations as well as

the paper, pulp and steel industries.

PA-Toolkit: Library for CODESYS

With the PA-Toolkit from Festo, implementing the automation logic of process engineering units and modules is really intuitive. You can also use the library for CODESYS to program applications without the need for more in-depth programming expertise. This is ideal for automating modular systems according to the MTP standard, which requires a separate controller for each system module.

fl uids, pastes, pulps, powders, or media with a high solids content.

Its high performance, extremely low wear, and long service life in

open and close mode as well as in proportional control applications

and construction industry, in iron and steel production, in metallurgy

and foundries, or in aluminium production.

Polypropylene fittings NPQP Resistant to chemicals

NPQP is FDA compliant. Not only that, it also offers a high level of process security as it is resistant to chemicals, approved for use with food, light and transparent. This makes it an inexpensive alternative to stainless steel fittings for the food and beverage industry, biotechnology/pharmaceuticals, medical technology, clean rooms and process automation.

Quarter turn actuator DFPD-C for the chemical industry Sturdy and reliable!

The DFPD-C and DFPD-C-VDE2 are well equipped for the chemical
industry. Both versions have hard-anodised end caps, blow-outproof
adjusting screws for the end position, shaft centring ring and captive spring cartridges that are free of non-ferrous metals. Furthermore the DFPD-C-VDE2 has a supply port on top for easy assembly of a manifold block with NAMUR interface to VDI/VDE 3847-2. With these options they will set a new benchmark for quarter turn actuators in the chemical sector.

Quarter turn actuator DFPD-HD Powerful performer!

DFPD-HD is the latest addition to the quarter turn actuator range DFPD. With torque up to 32,000 Nm, the Scotch yoke actuator is ideal for on/off and closed-loop control of ball valves, air dampers and butterfly valves in power plants, the chemical industry and in water treatment applications. It is the perfect choice whenever safe, reliable solutions are required.

The CMSH provides you with all the benefits of a highly dynamic,
low-wear positioning system with high air output and a long service
life. You now only need one device for the fast and precise control of
actuators, whether large or small, linear or rotary, single-acting
or double-acting. Together with the low internal air consumption, this
reduces costs. Featuring 2-wire technology, HART communication,
condition monitoring functions and a modular system with many variants,
the CMSH offers excellent flexibility for a great number of
applications.

Combine maximum standardisation with the greatest possible

flexibility. The standardised ATEX control cabinet YCCP saves time

and money through maximum standardisation of your system

components. The cabinets are approved for zone 2 (3GD), while the

integrated, modular terminal CPX as a remote I/O ensures a high

level of flexibility.
