Description
Technopolymer materials - Material tensile test 2008; 1.27 min
Tensile test involving different polymer materials.
Not all polymers are the same. The differences become apparent when you conduct a tensile test.
Three different types of polymer were tested with respect to expansibility, elasticity and strength.
The result: Our high performance polymer material received top marks, putting it significantly ahead of conventional plastic materials and metals with similar properties.
Technopolymer materials - Thermal expansion test 2008; 1.23 min
Absolute reliability Valve terminal VB12 put to the test.
The new valve terminal VB12 with IP65 demonstrated its absolute reliability when exposed to increased ambient temperatures, splash water and dust. It was tested by our technology specialists in a number of different environmental chambers. Full load at ambient temperatures of up to 50°C on the one hand; dustproof and impermeable to hose water for protection class IP65 on the other.
Technopolymer materials - X-ray analysis 2008; 1.23 min
testing of VUVB valve in the X-ray test. A temperature differences of up to 80°C, the VUVB valve was tested for reliability of the switching function. Using X-rays, it was possible to examine the valve´s piston spool in detail.
