Code of Conduct
Compliance means following all valid laws, guidelines, standards and regulations, and it is the basis of how we do business. To give our employees and business partners insight into our understanding of the law and our values, we have a Code of Conduct, which is the binding standard for the business dealings of all Festo employees. Our Compliance Office supports the application of the Code of Conduct worldwide and it is the contact person for customers and employees who have questions about this subject.

How does a compliance report work?

Our whistleblower system enables employees and external third parties worldwide to place whistleblowers for possible misconduct by individual employees of the Festo Group in various languages.
In the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighbouring countries, raw materials are mined that are used to finance violent conflicts. Such materials are known as ‘conflict minerals’ for this reason. With this in mind, we make efforts not to purchase any materials from the region of Congo.
Notwithstanding, as Festo is required to disclose the sources of its materials within the supply chain, we fulfil this obligation to the extent that we can by providing an up-to-date CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template).
