로봇은 전진, 후진 또는 측면까지 총 12자유도로 가장 협소한 공간에서 기동하고 유연한 그리퍼 암을 정확하게 정렬할 수 있습니다. 모바일 에너지 공급 장치와 통합된 피에조 밸브 터미널이 이를 위한 기반이 됩니다. 자체 압력 조절기가 탑재되어 있으며 공압식 팔의 에어 챔버에 압축 공기를 정확하게 주입합니다.
그리퍼 암의 유연성은 인간과 기계 사이에 안전한 직접 접촉을 가능하게 합니다. 시스템은 사람과 충돌하는 경우 원하는 동역학적 전체 동작을 변경하지 않고 즉시 유연하게 피합니다. 보조 시스템은 구조의 자체적인 유연성을 통해 전자 장치 또는 제어 시스템에 장애가 발생하더라도 위험하지 않습니다.
The Robotino® has already proven itself as a training system in the area of technical education. It has a particularly motivating effect on young people. The robot platform can be enhanced with numerous components and configured for a wide variety of tasks using the appropriate software. This enables technical fundamentals to be taught in an exciting and practical way – for example, electric drive technology and kinematics, sensor and control technology, image processing and programming techniques.
