By exclusion of any other possible terms, all sales/deliveries by Festo, unless explicitly otherwise agreed in writing, are subject to the General Conditions NL17/NLT17.

Festo Lithuania uses NL 17/ NLT 17

With the additions specified below, the General Delivery Regulations NL 17 / NLT 17 adopted by the technology companies apply.

NL 17 for deliveries

of machines and other mechanical, electrical, electronic equipment.

NLT 17 regarding less extensive assembly

of machines and other mechanical, electrical, electronic equipment.

The provisions of NL 17/NLT 17 shall apply but only to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory Lithuanian law.
