The numbers and letters are actuated directly (binary) or via a HEX module. This simulation uses logic programming to teach the user about different data formats (binary, BCD, HEX). A thermometer measures the current water temperature and maintains the temperature above the minimum and below the maximum by switching the heating coil. Additionally, four proximity sensors monitor the level and control the water supply via two solenoid-actuated shut-off valves. Touching the tap decreases the water level.
