AX Smartenance SAP Connector (SSC)

The AX Smartenance SAP Connector (SSC) is the intelligent bridge between the SAP PM module and a user-friendly interface for mobile incident reporting. SAP remains the leading system – all relevant machine and equipment data is automatically synchronized from SAP with AX Smartenance, allowing faults to be captured easily and in a structured way directly at the point of occurrence. SSC enables efficient, digital feedback to SAP – either via the AX Smartenance mobile app or on a desktop through the web application.

• After registration, you will receive your login credentials via email and can easily sign in to the web application.
• Then, download the AX Smartenance app from the Google or Apple App Store to your device.
• The SSC interface must now be activated – please contact Festo at smartenance@festo.com.
• Connect any mobile device to your account by scanning the QR code in the web application with your desired device.

Subscription

Licenses are provided through a subscription model. The fee is billed annually at the beginning of the license period. The minimum term when purchasing a license package is 1 year. After this period, the contract and associated license term are automatically extended by one additional year.
Cancellation: You may cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current license period.
