Profile cylinder with clamping unit DSBC-C

Pneumatic piston rod cylinder DSBC with integrated clamping unit for frictional clamping of the piston rod in the event of a pressure drop below 3 bar (fail-safe principle). The clamping force is raised again by applying pressure to the cylinder above 3 bar.
It has sufficient holding force to hold the cylinder securely at an operating pressure of up to 6 bar. This clamping unit has little play under alternating loads and must not be used for braking. It is not certified for use in safety-related control systems
Due to the use of the ISO cylinder DSBC as a basic drive, the same mounting accessories can be used.

Compact cylinder with clamping unit ADN-KP

The ADN-KP is a pneumatic compact cylinder with a pneumatically operated clamping unit. The clamping unit is an independent module which is attached to the compact cylinder ADN as an extension of the bearing cap. The function of the clamping unit corresponds to a single-acting pneumatic system in which the clamping components on the piston rod are actively pneumatically released and mechanically fixed passively by spring force.

Round cylinder with clamping unit DSNU-KP

This is a pneumatic piston rod cylinder DSNU with integrated clamping unit for frictional clamping of the piston rod in the event of a pressure drop below 3 bar (fail-safe principle). The clamping force is raised again by applying pressure to the cylinder above 3 bar.

Due to the use of the round cylinder DSNU as a basic drive, the same mounting accessories can be used.

Due to the use of the ISO cylinder DNC as a basic drive, the mounting accessories of DNC can be used.

Cylinders with clamping unit DNCKE

This is a profile cylinder based on DNC with an attached holding device KEC. It is used to hold and clamp the piston rod in the event of a power failure or during intermediate stops for operational procedures of a process. It has backlash-free, frictional clamping in the event of a pressure drop below 4 bar operating pressure. With DNCKE and DNCKE-S, the clamping force is raised again from an operating pressure of 4 bar.
It also has sufficient holding force to hold the cylinder securely at an operating pressure of up to 6 bar. DNCKE is not certified for use in safety-related control systems

Cylinders with braking clamping unit DNCKE

This is a profile cylinder DNC with an integrated clamping and brake unit KEC-S. Its function is identical to that of DNCKE, but DNCKE-S is additionally certified for dynamic braking (emergency stop). It is certified and suitable for use in safety-related parts of control systems.
