Access to the "My Services" area

  • Login with a Festo Business Account
  • Create new inquiry: Submit a product repair inquiry or product warranty claim
  • View all enquiries: View the status of all of your submitted enquiries

Create new enquiry

  • Select the product for which you would like to request a repair service or a warranty claim.
  • The products are based on the purchase history of your account.
  • You can find all the products you have ordered, whether they were ordered through our website, ERP, phone or email.
  • In order to filter for your products, you have to fill one of the three filter elements:
    • Part number / order number
    • Product Key
    • Order number / customer order number

Start warranty claim

  • Complete steps 1-5 and submit your enquiry.
  • Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
  • If your enquiry concerns a damaged product, please upload one or more photos of the damage as a first step in order to speed up the processing of the enquiry.
  • Your warranty claim will be created immediately and automatically forwarded to the responsible department.

  • Complete steps 1-5 and submit your enquiry.

Show all enquiries

  • Get an overview of all enquiries that have been submitted for your account number.
  • Check the current status of all your enquiries at any time.
  • You can see all enquiries regardless of whether they were submitted through our website, phone or email.
