The products are based on the purchase history of your account.
You can find all the products you have ordered, whether they were ordered through our website, ERP, phone or email.
In order to filter for your products, you have to fill one of the three filter elements:
Part number / order number
Product Key
Order number / customer order number
Start warranty claim
Complete steps 1-5 and submit your enquiry.

If your enquiry concerns a damaged product, please upload one or more photos of the damage as a first step in order to speed up the processing of the enquiry.
Your warranty claim will be created immediately and automatically forwarded to the responsible department.
