Create a new request: send a product repair request or a product warranty claim
View all requests: view the status of all your submitted requests
Create a new request
Select the product for which you want to request a repair service or submit a warranty claim.
The products are based on the purchase history of your account.
You can find all the products you have ordered, regardless of whether they were ordered via our website, ERP, telephone or email.
To filter for products, you must fill in one of the following three pieces of information:
Part number/order number
Product Key
Order number/customer order number
Start warranty claim
Complete steps 1–5 and send your request.
Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
If your request concerns a damaged product, please upload one or more photos of the damage as a first step to speed up the processing of the request.
Your warranty claim will be created immediately and automatically forwarded to the relevant department.
