You have solved every task, one way or another. But there’s no need to reinvent the wheel every time. Festo offers turnkey solutions for large quantities. Complete modules are specially designed according to your requirements, pre-assembled and ready for connection, with matching accessories and of the highest quality. This makes it much easier and quicker for you to achieve your target. Our product portfolio comprises around 33,000 individual components. According to your individual requirements, we pre-assemble them into functional units that you can integrate directly into your system. It’s quick and easy – even with combined pneumatics and electrics, including components from third-party suppliers.
You can quickly and efficiently integrate pre-assembled modules into your system as subsystems, whether as a valve block, element for compressed air preparation, cylinder-valve combinations, etc. You receive the module ready to install and tested for installation, including documentation, mounting components, and all connections. You provide the specifications, we take care of everything for you from design to the turnkey solution with our full service for mechanical engineering.
With the 3D product configurator, you build modules from Festo products quickly, intuitively and without faults in your CAD format. This ensures that components and accessories match. You can then order the module that has been created as a single order item, either completely pre-assembled or as individual parts in a single box – including documentation. This shortens your parts list enormously. Subsequent processes such as product ordering, logistics and assembly are much simpler.
Whether you are looking for a manually operated process valve, a unit with a pilot valve and sensor box or with a positioner, the configurator will find the right solution in just a few steps, with correctly configured CAD data and documentation that you can download directly. In this way you receive a module that is integrated with each other and ready for installation. This reduces the time required for assembly.
Do you need an automated process valve?
Do you need a ball valve or a butterfly valve complete with automation for your process? Configure a module that is ready to install here:
Configure a butterfly valve unit now!
Configure a ball valve unit now!
Already have the process valve?
You can select just an actuator unit without a process valve to automate existing process valves. Simply enter the required parameters into the dialog box and the configurator will suggest suitable drive units.
We can meet your individual needs with customized service units that go beyond the configuration options in our catalog.
The robust and flat housing protects maintenance devices from dirt and mechanical damage – not only in the food and beverage industry.
The connection level for tubing and electrical connection cables is located in the base of the protective box.

Festo modules can combine pneumatic and electrical components to form a wide variety of functional units – for example, service units with valve terminals and sensors.
Function blocks with drilled channels are of interest wherever only a small number of pneumatic components need to be installed in a small installation space. With this design, all compressed air connections are integrated into the housing. Tubing and screw fittings for connections within the module are no longer required.
Integrate functions with cartridge solutions
In addition, functional elements such as vacuum or valve cartridges can also be integrated into the channel structure. Cartridges are highly compact and can be installed (almost) anywhere.

Reliable, efficient and optimally tailored to your application: ready-to-install complete solutions for controlling and monitoring the compressed air and cooling water supply of robots in the automotive industry.
Application-specific gripper systems, which are mounted as a front unit on the robot arm, pick up the workpiece securely and hold it even in the event of an emergency stop.
Do you need a complex module that is individually tailored, designed and built for your application? Take advantage of our specialists’ many years of experience and expertise and describe your project requirements to us. If required, our specialists can also integrate third-party components and mount the module on a carrier plate.
Together with BYTEC Medizintechnik GmbH, Festo developed a compact valve control block consisting of proportional, piezo and quick-acting valves for the QUBE pro eye surgery device. By using so-called integration technology, a manifold duct plate was created which integrates all the pneumatic connections for a protected, tubeless supply. As a result, various hollow spaces and silencers could also be “integrated” and 50% of the size could be saved.
Harald Pauls, developer of the QUBE: “Approaching the technical limits can only be done by searching for new solutions as collaborative partners.” This means involving specialists from a great variety of disciplines, such as physicians, physicists and chemists. “And it is important for us to have automation technology suppliers who can bring a product like the QUBE pro to series production together with us, step by step, interactively and with short reaction times,” says Pauls.
In the multi-needle sewing machines from the sewing machine factory Emil Stutznäcker GmbH + Co. KG, the new cylinder/valve combination with ASI bus technology and integrated AND gate enables a fast, fully automatic changeover of the needle plan. The elaborate tubing of the past is now replaced by a single ribbon cable. The cylinder/valve combinations are simply linked by means of pin connectors, and automatically integrated into the master/slave system of the ASI bus.
