Return a product

Return faultless products to us if you do not need them.

If you wish to return faultless products, please contact us, and we will check whether a credit note is possible.

Please do not return any goods without prior request from Festo!

Requesting a return

Guideline for goodwill returns


  • It is not possible to return goods without contacting Festo in advance and obtaining its consent.

  • The delivery date is within the last 6 months. Otherwise, no return is possible.

  • The goods are in new condition and in the original, undamaged, and undamaged product packaging.

  • The following products, for example, are excluded from a goodwill return:

- Configurable / customized products

- Software and printware

- Safety-relevant components

- Item value under 150 EUR net value of goods

- Products from Didactic

  • Returns and refunds are made as a gesture of goodwill, and without recognition of any legal obligation. The final decision lies with Festo.
