Vacuum generator OVTL: process-reliable!

The assembly of the OVTL vacuum generator with its numerous integrated functions consists of the vacuum generator OVEL with a suitable terminal strip and accessories. This is delivered fully assembled and can be used immediately in a wide variety of industries and applications.
The integrated vacuum sensor monitors the vacuum level and evacuation times. This ensures a smooth process – you gain increased process reliability and reduce the downtimes of your system.
The separately controllable ejection pulse also enables the workpiece to be set down quickly and safely. It is regulated either by a flow control screw or optionally by a solenoid valve.
An integrated check valve prevents pressure drop. This enables sustainable operation and saves energy at the same time.

Thanks to the integrated filter with an open silencer, the OVTL is extremely easy to maintain – the significantly reduced maintenance effort over the entire product life cycle goes hand in hand with a lower noise level. Thanks to IO-Link, commissioning and parameterization are extremely easy. The installation and assembly work is also very low, for example due to the installation with H-plugs and push-in fittings.
