Simplified Motion Series

The Simplified Motion Series consists of different electromechanical components together with a simple and application-optimised combination of motor drive and servo drive, the so-called integrated drive. This solution doesn’t require an external servo drive. The electric alternative for very simple movement and positioning tasks between two mechanical end positions doesn’t require the usual commissioning process for traditional electric drive systems, which can often be quite complex. It also offers special motion characteristics such as gently cushioned travel into the end position or simplified press-fitting and clamping functions.

Commissioning

This is quick and easy and can be done without any software, computer or other accessories, because all parameters can be set manually directly on the drive. Simplified Motion Series is then connected directly to the controller, either via digital I/O (DIO) or IO-Link®, both of which are integrated as standard.

Simplified Motion Series basic functions

Parameters handmatig instellen via bedieningspaneel of PC (via IO-Link):

Extra, uitgebreide functies beschikbaar via IO-Link®:

  • Op afstand instellen van bewegingsparameters
  • Kopieren en opslaan van parameter voor overdracht tussen component en computer om op identiek component in te laden     
  • Uitlezen van bewegings- en serviceparameters

Tijdens in bedrijf stelling kunnen alle relevante parameters direct op de geïntegreerde motor ingesteld worden. De parameters kunnen gemakkelijk en intuitief ingesteld worden zonder gecompliceerde instructies:

  • Snelheid in- en uitgaande slag
  • Kracht voor uitgaande slag
  • Begin- en eindpositie
  • Positie start klem/pers beweging     
  • Handmatige start

Eenvoudige aansluiting via M12 connectoren

  • Voeding (4-pin): voeding voor de motor

Extremely compact and cost-effective spindle axis ELGS-BS with precise, resilient recirculating ball bearing guide for the slide and powerful ball screw.

Extremely cost-effective and durable toothed belt axis ELGS-TB with precise, resilient recirculating ball bearing guide for the slide in a compact design, especially as a main axis in handling systems.

Mini slide EGSS

Cost-effective and resilient EGSS with smooth spindle operation for vertical Z movements or guided linear individual movements in every mounting position.

The internal linear guide absorbs lateral forces and provides very good resistance to torsion at high torques.

  • Three sizes with a max. stroke of 200 mm
  • The electric rotary drive ERMS can be mounted directly without the need for adapters
  • Optional: ducted compressed air compensation prevents particles or moisture from entering and particles leaking into the environment

Rotary drive ERMS

Rotary drive ERMS

As a cost-effective solution package, the rotary drive ERMS is ideal for simple swivel tasks as well as for increased mechanical loads. It has a rotary plate with sturdy, precise and backlash-free ball bearings so it can absorb lateral forces and torques.

  • Two sizes, each with a swivel angle of 90° and 180°
  • It offers a sealed hollow shaft for the integrated through-feed for cables or tubing
  • With the standardised mounting interface it can be connected directly to the electric mini slides EGSL, EGSC and EGSS.
