Technical prerequisites

Get remote help setting up the software programs you have purchased – FluidSIM, CIROS, Factory Views, FluidLab, and more. We simply connect to your computer via the TeamViewer application and guide you step by step through the setup process.

Essential requirements before the session:

  • Ensure that you have administrator rights on your computer.
  • Download the purchased software to your computer (unless downloading is part of the problem).
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection (preferably wired) to avoid interruptions.
