The toothed belt axes ELGC-TB stand out thanks to their internal recirculating ball bearing guide and toothed belt drive protected by a permanent stainless steel cover strip as well as their design for optimized weight. They promise increased dynamic response and a long service life.

The special feature: the unique and universal "one-size-down" mounting system.
The mounting elements for axis/axis mounting enable direct mounting of the toothed belt axes ELGC-TB with the spindle axes ELGC-BS and the mini slide EGSC without an additional adapter plate.

1. Cover strip

Permanent stainless steel cover strip protects the guide and spindle or toothed belt

2. Motor mounting

ELGC-TB motor mounting

Free choice of motor positions and mounting kits, various axial and parallel kits, can also be changed at a later date

3. Integrated coupling

Highly compact coupling integrated into the toothed belt axis. Including easy exchange in case of service, compatible with axial and parallel kit

4. Guide

Integrated recirculating ball bearing guide with long service life as well as rigid and precise guide rail to absorb high guide forces

5. Position sensing

Inexpensive position monitoring with proximity switch SMT-8M

6. Optional vacuum port

ELGC-BS vacuum port

Sealed connection for tightness of the axis as standard, vacuum can be connected later for increased protection of the system due to low particle emissions
