Extremely precise!
With a width of just 10 mm (NW 1.6 mm), the VZDB controls very small amounts of liquid (µl, ml) very precisely. Thanks to the use of a separating diaphragm made of high-performance polymers, it is suitable for aggressive media. The low internal volume makes the valve easy to clean, while the combination with extremely inert materials makes the VZDB ideal for very sensitive applications. VZDB is a pneumatic valve and is therefore suitable for environments in which electrical signals are to be avoided.
Media separation for reliable safety
The high-performance polymers EPDM, FKM and FFKM used for the separating diaphragms can withstand even aggressive media, protect the interior of the valves and simultaneously prevent corrosion. Their low internal volume makes the valves very easy to clean, which is ideal especially for sensitive applications.
Compact width
High flow rate with small width of only 10 mm.
Flexible in use
Extremely flexible in use thanks to 3/2-way and 2/2-way variants (NC).
